Movement is Medicine.
Comprehensive orthopedic care focused on movement's role in healing and lasting health.
Movement is at the heart of everything I do.
As an orthopaedic surgeon and world-ranked tennis player, I’ve seen firsthand how the human body is designed to move— and how it thrives when movement is restored and optimized. My approach is built on two key principles: the Foundation for Movement—the essential base that supports optimal function—and the Performance Pyramid, which builds upon that base to unlock your full potential.
Whether you’re recovering from injury, enhancing your athletic performance or simply striving for pain-free living, my goal is to empower you to move better, feel stronger, and turn your goals into reality.
