3 ways to Activate your Glutes

Your glutes aren’t just your body’s biggest muscle — they’re also the ones most likely to fall asleep and not fire properly when you’re exercising. 

So here are 3 ways to activate your glutes before you play.

1. While laying facedown on a mat, come up on your toes, lift up your legs and contract your glutes.  

2. Tap your butt.

Think of it as knocking on a door and saying, "HELLO!"

3. Put a foam roller between your ankles and squeeze, contracting your glutes as you do so.
