How Much Water Should you be Drinking?
When it comes to your daily water intake, there's a lot of conflicting advice out there. So how much water should you be drinking each day? Is there a hard-and-fast rule?
Thankfully, it's not as complicated as you think. My advice? Check the colour of your urine. It's the best litmus test for hydration. If your urine is light, you're alright. If it's dark, drink more.
